- Western blot analysis of KLF10 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3463) pre-incubated with and without blocking peptide in CEM cell line lysate. KLF10 (N-term) (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution) .
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinomareacted with KLF10 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3463), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
